Anagrams, Enlargements & Volume
Thank you for all your support and, as we start to focus on the new term, it's good to hear of some exceptional GCSE results.
This year has been very productive with a good number achieving high passes (grade 8 & 9's!), and an ambition to study maths at higher level. Others have gained places at 6th form, or apprenticeships, with a view to developing future - highly sought after - careers. It's always a joy to see these young people gaining increased confidence, and I'd like to wish them every success in the future.
Key Stage 2 (years 3 - 6)
Anagrams are still incredibly popular with the Saturday SAT's group. Here's a fantastic list of Disney Films from our very own C!

Ever play a computer game? An item - such as an alien spaceship - moves across the screen. Here's the translation maths, and here's when the spaceship rotates.
... and the final topic ... here's when the spaceship gets bigger.
Key Stage 4 (years 10 - 11)
Calculating the volume of a 3D shape is a favourite exam question ... particularly with mixed measurement units.
Try these to check your skills.
Have a great week
