KS2 Maths, Holiday Money and Paper 2
How do you know you're doing the right thing? While it's fairly straightforward to be given work ... it's quite another to get valuable feedback. Whether you need your maths to be checked, or a more in-depth analysis of an English essay, we're always here to help.
Here's some examples of our latest (genuine!) comments:
"Check your working"
"How many are left?"
"BIDMAS!"
"Area and perimeter of a circle formulas?"
"Read your completed work"
"Slow down, take your time ...."
"What is the writer trying to tell you?"
Thank you to everyone who has visited my Substack - I've been adding posts .... offering an easy to use, searchable, archive for previous newsletters.
Any thoughts, comments or ideas gratefully received :-)
Key Stage 2 (2nd to 5th Grade)
Isn't it time we did some maths? Here's a link to a SATS quiz - please do let me know how you get on :-)
Key Stage 3 (6th to 8th Grade)
Exchange rates are fairly popular for calculator exams - and it's a topic for many families going on holiday this year.
Try this worksheet (on the beach?!)
Key Stage 4 (9th and 10th Grade)
Thank you to the GCSE students who worked through last week's paper 1!
Here's paper 2 with fully worked answers and a video walkthrough covering:
inequalities, linear graphs, stratified sampling, volume, SohCahToa, error intervals, ratio, standard form, scale factor, probability trees and cumulative frequency.
Have a great week!

PS. And finally, the joke of the day:
I told my cat, I was going to teach him to speak English.
He looked at me and said "Me? How?"
