KS2 SATS, Quadratics, Recurring Decimals
Hi S
Thank you for last week's comments - really appreciated!
There seems to be quite an interest in higher maths (A level) materials so, hopefully, coming soon.
Key Stage 2 (2nd to 5th Grade)
Time for some maths practice. Here's a few pages from the beginning of a SATS paper - we're only going to look at questions 1 - 9 .... can you achieve 100%?
Always let me know if you need any help
Key Stage 3 (6th to 8th Grade)
Did you know that quadratic equations have been around for more than 4000 years? There's evidence that Babylonian mathematicians could solve problems relating to the area and sides of rectangles ...
Here's a worksheet to help with this key maths skill.
Key Stage 4 (9th and 10th Grade)
Changing recurring decimals to fractions is a fairly infrequent GCSE question ... but you never know ... it could happen ...
Might as well work through these questions?
Looking forward to seeing you soon
Simon D
PS. Did you know there are 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 ways to scramble a Rubik's Cube?
