Missing Words, Proportion and Parallel Lines
Good to hear that students are remaining positive about both SATS and GCSE exams. It's just about time to relax, and I'm sure all your hard work has paid off - enjoy school visits, fun projects, and look forward to the summer!
Key Stage 2 (years 3 - 6)
I hope you enjoyed last week's making sense of sentences ... don't forget there's quite a few additional worksheets in the archive.
This week can you complete the paragraphs using the word bank - not as easy as it looks :-)
Key Stage 3 (years 7 - 9)
Someone once said that maths is the only subject where it's normal to buy 47 watermelons ... and they were referring to 'proportion' questions.
Here's a worksheet, video and answers to work through (while I go and bake some cakes).
Key Stage 4 (years 10 - 11)
Last week's Pythagoras seemed to be useful and thank you to those students who completed the additional worksheet.
Here's a grade 4 worksheet, video and answers on angles in parallel lines.
Have a great week

PS. And finally, the joke of the day:
Did you hear about the hungry clock?
It went back for seconds.
