Spelling, Foundation and Higher Tests
As I've spent more time online, it's become fairly clear that the YouTube channel is proving to be a valuable resource. Students are using the videos to aid their understanding, develop new skills and challenge themselves. Sometimes it's a quick reminder ... sometimes one of the GCSE walkthrough's.
Either way, I'm delighted that the videos help :-)
Key Stage 2 (years 3 - 6)
Well done to those students who completed last week's geometry assignment.
Here's quite a tricky proffreading ... can you correct the speling and punchewation?
“I’m so hungree!” pedrum wailed as his mum walkd passed him with the pinq birthday cake in hur hands.
“On know you dont “ his mum warned angrilly, “you cant have any cake untill the partee starts at 3 oclock, now go an wash your fase.”
Pedrum growled and stamping his feeet all the way up the stiars to his bedrum. He lay on his bed and treid to think of how he could get hold of sum of that lovley cake befour the party after all he was starving to death
just then he herd the back dore slam. he jumpt up and lucked out of the window – his mum was going out this was her chance!
Creeping downstiars like a cat, he pushed open the kitchin door: their was the cake sitting on the counter It looked so delishous.
Key Stage 3 (years 7 - 9)
Many students will have received end of term reports based on classroom work, as well as 'mock exams.'

Key Stage 4 (years 10 - 11)
Starting year 10 or 11 this September? The best advice is to keep revising ... maths has quite a few topics that you will need to be familiar with ...
